Things I Can't Forget by Miranda Kenneally

According to Kate's friends at school and at church, Kate has always been a good girl. Maybe too good. But little do they know about the secret that she carries. This summer Kate is a counselor at Cumberland Creek, a Christian camp. Surprisingly, this summer Matt is also a counselor, but he isn't the nerdy kid he used to be. Matt is flirty and he has his eyes on her. Kate used think that life was black and white. Turns out life may not be that simple... I picked up Things I Can't Forget  because it was by Miranda Kenneally. I had really enjoyed Catching Jordan , Stealing Parker , and Racing Savannah  (all by Miranda Kenneally), so I picked it up. I was a bit apprehensive to read it because of the fact that Kate is a church goer. I expected a lot of messages of faith, and things like that. But Miranda Kenneally kept it to a minimum. Another reason I liked Things I Can't Forget  was because I got to see Kate transform and grow up and mature. I would give Things ...

Four: A Divergent Collection by: Veronica Roth

When I finished reading Divergent , I wanted to know more about Four. I soon found out about Free Four . Free Four  is Chapter 13 of Divergent  told from Four's point of view. Then came along Allegiant  with almost every other chapter from Four's point of view. That made my thirst for Four's point of view increase. Four: A Divergent Collection  was my dream come true. I haven't finished reading the whole series yet so, I haven't added a rating. Here is the Goodreads link for Four: A Divergent Collection : http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/18126198-four

Catching Jordan by: Miranda Kenneally

Jordan Woods is surrounded by gorgeous jocks day in and day out. But that is of no concern to her because she leads them as the quarterback of her high school football team. They consider her one of the guys and she embraces it. All she wants is a scholarship to one of the best football universities in the nation. But then Ty Green moves to her school. Ty is a very good quarterback but he also a distraction. Can Jordan make it through the year without screwing her dreams up?  I really enjoyed Catching Jordan  because of how unusual the topic is. It is about a girl quarterback. Miranda Kenneally has written a great book that brings to life women empowerment. If you told just anyone about a girl quarterback most of them would be shocked. It wouldn't occur to them that girls can play boy sports. All girls don't have to be cheerleaders. I also liked i because it is basically the pinnacle of badass. Miranda Kenneally infused tidbits about how football is played which I...
